great room but service needs improvement
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Studio Alpenchic, which was both comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view from my room was stunning, showcasing the breathtaking mountains. The wellness area provided the perfect escape for relaxation after a long day outdoors.
The service at the front desk could be warmer, as I received incorrect information when asked for directions.

Wonderful Stay with Some Drawbacks
We enjoyed the spacious Studio Alpenchic and the fantastic food options. However, fitness enthusiasts may find the pool too chilly. On our rainy evening, we were disappointed that the on-site restaurant didn’t accommodate hotel guests, forcing us to venture out. Plan dinner elsewhere!

Unexpected culinary delights await
Delightful meals at the hotel restaurant added a spark to our stay. The spa provided a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring, offering relaxation and tranquility.
Sadly, the WiFi was slow at times, causing frustration while trying to plan our daily adventures. It would have been better with a more stable connection.

The spacious Studio Alpenchic featured delightful pine-scented toiletries, providing a refreshing touch after long hikes. The food options stood out for their excellence, with delicious breakfasts and dinners that hit the spot perfectly after a day outdoors.
A major downside was the restaurant's policy of not accommodating hotel guests, which forced us to trek out in the rain for dinner after a tiring day. Additionally, the indoor pool could have been warmer, making it less inviting for a post-hike swim. Some might find the ski room presentation a bit shabby, and there was a lingering odor from an adjacent area that wasn’t pleasant during our stay.
