great room but service needs improvement

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Studio Alpenchic, which was both comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view from my room was stunning, showcasing the breathtaking mountains. The wellness area provided the perfect escape for relaxation after a long day outdoors.

The service at the front desk could be warmer, as I received incorrect information when asked for directions.

This stay was an absolute delight! The staff were friendly, and the rooms, including the Studio Alpenchic, were comfortable. Enjoyed the stylish spa and pool area immensely, and breakfast was quite tasty. The nearby walks along the river added a charming touch. Just wish the WiFi was better!

Some might find the ski room presentation a bit shabby, and there was a lingering odor from an adjacent area that wasn’t pleasant during our stay.
